Edmond is the founder of Education Republic. He has a passion for people development and he’s devoted to changing Malaysia’s perception of education. Edmond is one of the few speakers in the country who is helping people develop the power of the mind in order to produce life success and teaching only what he has practiced on his own. Edmond is also a regular columnist with JobsDB and is actively pursuing his love for writing.

He is active within Toastmasters and is passionately involved with education for the public masses. Edmond is also a member of Adelaide Uni Alumni (WM) Bhd and sits on their board of directors. Edmond’s goal is to be in a position to influence a positive change in Malaysia’s education system by 2019 and to turn Education Republic into the most impactful personal education and corporate training entity in Malaysia by 2012.
