PHILOSOPHY

Education Republic is created to assist individuals and corporations to achieve lasting success. Our programs are designed to work from the inside – out. Our programs focus on developing the individual first. Our own self esteem, our own confidence, our own understanding of ourselves, our own understanding of others, our own perception of ourselves and the world around us, our own needs and feelings, our own beliefs, our own ways of thinking and our own habits.

Because the outer world is a reflection of our inner world and everything changes if only we change ourselves. All the challenges we currently have will be solved if we develop the way we think and understand how our mind works. Happiness, joy, confidence, better relationships, better working environments, better sales and improved leadership will develop when we work on ourselves.

We use technologies of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Self Talk and Law of Attraction techniques together with the works of countless gurus such as Byron Katie and Marshall Rosenberg within our programs to produce maximum impact. Since our programs develop people from the inside – out, they are never forgotten. When we gain the skills of thinking in a higher plane, we never drop back down. It is like learning to swim, even after 30 years we will still remember how to float.

Our corporate programs, though taught in a corporate environment and context, is transferable to our own personal lives and is thus truly life changing.
